Marc Jacobs 2009 Safari Pony Pouchette - runway

From Marc Jacobs’ 2009 collection, the Safari Pouchette combines zebra-print pony hair with plongé calfskin details and a deep blue plongé lambskin interior. Its sliding navy-and-bronze cord construction completely changes the shape and allows it to be carried as a handbag, shoulder bag or oversized clutch. Finished with gold-tone eyelets, a Marc Jacobs padlock and dangling python-leather bell charms; the original retail price was $1,895.
