US ORDERS – DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED (DDP)

All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), regardless of the order value. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay—no surprise fees upon delivery.

Our Guarantee:

  • No customs fees, import duties, or tariffs.

  • No hidden costs or extra charges at your doorstep.

Shipping Options

We have expanded our shipping methods to better serve you:

  • Standard Shipping: Now available as a more budget-friendly DDP option.

  • Express Shipping: Fast, premium delivery. For all orders over €900, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your package reaches you safely.

Note: Optional parcel insurance is available for any order upon request at a flat rate of €12.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends & French holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES
France and EU: usually 3 to 7 working days. (express options available at checkout too) 
United States: normal service 5 to 10 days & express service, usually 2 to 4 working days once shipped.
Rest of world: usually 7 to 20 working days.
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and customs clearance.

ADDRESSES AND DELIVERY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery or unclaimed status, the cost of reshipment is the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS OR CUSTOMS FEES
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
For most international destinations, customs fees, duties or taxes may apply according to local regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
Exception – United States: duties and taxes are already included in the final price as described above. No additional amounts are due on delivery.

TRACKING AND SUPPORT
We monitor all shipments until delivery. If we notice a significant delay, we proactively contact the carrier to help resolve the issue. To date, 100% of our packages have been delivered to their intended recipients, with delays occurring very rarely.

International trade conditions may evolve. If requirements change, our Terms and Conditions and this Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.
