TERMS & CONDITIONS – EXCERPT

1. SELLER INFORMATION
Pursuant to Articles L.111-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the seller is:

2. NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS
All items sold on INLOUVE are authentic vintage pieces, primarily from the 1990s and 2000s, sourced from archival collections and curated selections. Each product is either one-of-a-kind or extremely limited in quantity, and sold as a collectible piece of fashion history.

Every item is individually graded using a strict in-house scale from 7.5 to 10, based on visible condition:

  • 7.5 – Fair condition with visible flaws (e.g. marks, wear, small defects)

  • 8 – Good condition with flaws still noticeable when worn

  • 8.5 – Very good condition with minor, non-distracting flaws

  • 9 – Excellent condition; excellent condition with only minor details not noticeable in overall wear

  • 9.5 – Near perfect condition; barely perceptible signs of age

  • 10 – Deadstock with original tags attached, flawless

No item rated below 7.5 is ever listed for sale on INLOUVE.

These are pre-loved or unworn archival garments and may not meet the standards of mass retail items. Buyers are encouraged to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. PRICING & TAXES
Prices are displayed excluding VAT.
– For European Union customers, applicable VAT is included
– For non-EU customers, no VAT is charged at checkout.

Please note:  Taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer for most international orders. Exception – United States: For US shipments (see banner above), duties and taxes are already included in the price; you won’t pay anything upon delivery.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the INLOUVE website — including but not limited to texts, images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and layout — is the exclusive property of INLOUVE and/or its licensors.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of the site's content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission. Legal action may be taken in case of infringement.

5. LIABILITY
INLOUVE cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the misuse of a product or failure to follow care instructions.
Once an item is handed over to the carrier, the risk is transferred to the buyer. INLOUVE is not responsible for delivery delays, customs holds, or import restrictions applied by the buyer’s country.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Items sold on INLOUVE are vintage or pre-owned, and as such, are sold "as is".
While product condition is graded and disclosed as clearly as possible, no commercial warranty is offered beyond legal guarantees required by applicable law.

7. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter amicably, the courts of Paris, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
