A striking backless halter from Issey Miyake's mainline, built around the house's signature permanent pleating technique — fine, dense vertical folds that contour the torso and hold their shape indefinitely. The structured collar ties at the nape with an adjustable flat strap, leaving the entire back completely bare; the front closes with a column of black resin buttons, and every edge — armholes, sides, pointed handkerchief hem — is finished with a laser-cut scalloped eyelet border that multiplies the graphic impact of each pleat. 2 pockets on front. Issey Miyake at its most architectural and its most bare. Insanely rare !
