Handmade 70's Raw Silk Jacquard Kimono

Exceptional 1/1 belted kimono jacket, likely dating to the 1970s, cut from a substantial woven silk jacquard with large-scale ornamental motifs in bronze and deep plum. The fabric has a dense, slightly rigid hand that gives the piece its sculptural shape and a highly reflective finish that shifts with the light. Finished with a wide shawl collar, oversized cuffs, patch pockets and matching belt.
