Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, and will ship your item/s within the timeframe you have chosen on the delivery page. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking info via email. 

We will provide you a link for tracking once your package is shipped. If your order has not arrived when you were expecting, and you have checked your tracking details, which have not given you any further updates, please send an email to with your order number. 


We offer different payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, and Amex. Information is encrypted, preventing unauthorised access to card details. 

Products Condition Grading

We rate the condition of an item from 1-10. From 1 being the worst condition to 10 being vintage dead stocks.

  • 10/10: the product is from a dead stock with tags attached  ( sometimes official brand packaging or dustbag ) 
  • 9/10: the product is like new (but not dead stock), lightly worn or unworn. 
  • 8/10: the product is in very good vintage condition but may have some wear and tear visible on the fabric, light stains, small loose stitches. It was normally worn, pre-loved. 
  • 7/10: the product is in good used vintage condition but may have some wear and tear visible on the fabric, stains, loose stitches or small holes.It was intenselly worn & pre-loved but it's still an incredible piece that deserves to receive a lot more love. 

We do not sell any products with a grade of 7/10 and bellow. 


Returns are not accepted. Neither are exchanges or refunds. We take it very seriously to give you as much informations as possible about our products with many pictures & detailled description. Do not hesitate to write to us if you have any interrogations. Our vintage treasures have been curated one by one & carefully inspected, but keep in mind that they were loved before they arrived to you.  Signs of wear are normal, they are signs of love. 


Depending on the shipping method chosen, your product will be shipped the next day for express delivery & within 3 working days for normal shipping. All shipments are tracked & insured over 600€ value. The price of the shipment is automatically adapted according to the country of destination, to the shipping methode (express or not). Please note with international orders your purchase may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes that you will need to pay upon receiving your order. Please, note that is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages. Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

● France: 12€ (2-5 days) or 25€ for express shipping (48h max) 

● Europe (no UK): 20€ (5-10 days) or 40€ for express shipping (72h max) only for <1KG/2,2Lbs packages  - Automaticaly calculated when you will be at the shipping page. For Heavy packages Please contact us. 

● UK : 25€ (3-10 days) or 70€ for express shipping (96H max)

● Rest of the world : 28€ (5-15 days) ( for any express shipping inquieries, please contact us on or instagram @inlouve. 

For non-express shipments some delays may occur, due to different circumstances for which we cannot be responsible for. The delivery times of the order are given as an indication. No shipping on weekends even for express. If you order on friday, it will be shipped the next monday. 


We will ship your order within 72 hours on working days for normal shipments. ( no shipping on saturday & sunday ) 

For express shipping, it's shipped the day you order ( if order placed before 1PM _ french time_ ) or the next day (if order placed after 1PM _french time_) - Please note that express shipments take normally maximum 96H to be delivered worldwide. Please note that the product price and shipping costs do not include taxes and import duties. Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the destination country. We can't mark your package as a gift because we are a company or lower the value because we are insuring your package true value.
